Cross-Country Ski Club - Beginner Skate for Women

Take your skate skiing to the next level with ski instructors from the Outdoor Recreation School and meet other women with a similar passion. Improve skills and refine your technique with fun drills and practice on the trails while improving your fitness. Participants must have taken at least one skate ski lesson and be comfortable on skis. Participants must provide or rent your own skis. Registration required. $135/eight sessions.


Cross-Country Ski Club - Intermediate Skate

Take your skate skiing to the next level with ski instructors from the Outdoor Recreation School and meet others with a similar passion. Improve your skills and efficiency through drills and individual instruction. Increase your speed and endurance through intervals and workouts. Participants should be intermediate skate skiers and must provide or rent your own skis. Registration required. $135/eight lessons.


Cross-country Ski Lesson Series - Skate Beginner

In this two-part series we will cover foundational skate skiing skills with ski instructors from the Outdoor Recreation School. Practice push off, weight transfer, glide, start poling and essential hill techniques. Week 2 will build on the skills we learn in week 1. Prior classic skiing experience recommended, otherwise a private lesson is encouraged. Equipment rental available for an additional fee. Registration required. $56/person.


Cross-Country Ski Lessons - Intermediate Skate

Build on the foundations of skate skiing with ski instructors from the Outdoor Recreation School. The lesson will include a review of how to push off, transfer weight, glide and use various hill techniques. Then we will practice step turns and V1 and V2 poling techniques. This lesson is for those who have taken a beginner lesson or have been skate skiing many times. Equipment rental available for an additional fee. Registration required. $32/person.


Cross-Country Ski Lessons - Skate and Classic Club

Take your skiing to the next level with ski instructors from the Outdoor Recreation School and meet others with a similar passion.
