Spirit of the Season: Hard Cider - Spirit of the Season: Hard Cider

Join us to hear more about the importance of hard cider in early Minnesota, and learn the steps to make both hard and regular cider directly from Gale Woods Farm's apples. Enjoy cooking demonstrations of apple dishes and a fall wagon ride through the crisp fall air. Bring your own beer, wine or ciders to enjoy around a campfire. We'll share samples of finished cider and our apple dishes, too! $15/person.

All equipment will be provided. You will receive an email with more details prior to the program date. This program is outdoors; please dress for the weather. Please wear close-toed shoes.
