Join guest instructor Sandra Hatzenbuhler (Point & Stitch Embroidery) along with a Silverwood naturalist for a welcoming, hands-on introduction to embroidery in the park for participants of all backgrounds. In a relaxed, social environment, we will learn basic stitching techniques and create a simple note card embroidered on handmade paper with organic wool floss. Designs will be inspired by the coming changes to fall colors and foliage. No experience necessary, all materials provided. $15/person.
