Qigong is a system of movements and meditations designed to cultivate intention, awareness and balance. In this one-hour outdoor guided practice, we will move through a standing sequence to support feeling energized for the day ahead, moving with the flow of the rising sun. The first program in the series is free, if you enjoyed this class you can sign up for the remaining classes that are $15 each. Classes may be taken individually or as a full series. No previous experience required. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel to the program.
