Nature Journal Club: Dragonfly Survey - Nature Journal Club: Dragonfly Survey

Where science and art meet! Learn the basics of dragonfly (odonata) ID, try your hand at catching “odes” and join a dragonfly survey. Meet survey volunteers, learn survey goals, and visit pond and upland habitats where dragonflies live. We will learn and sketch from pinned specimens and then venture outside to survey. Get your own dragonfly guide. No experience necessary. Please bring your own sketchbook. $6/person.

All equipment will be provided. This program is outdoors; please dress for the weather.
